Team Coaching

Become a Great Team

High performing teams are the fuel for high performing organizations.  Great teams are also what makes work fun and rewarding.

Yet while there are lots of books that describe what a great team looks like, there are relatively few places you can go to learn specific actions you — and your team — can take to become great.

I believe great teams do two things well.  One, they consciously and continually reinforce the behaviors that work for them.  Two, they proactively and honestly address the tensions that are getting in their way.  Through these two essential acts, they build the trust, clarity, sense of belonging, and other attributes of high performing teams.

Using a methodology developed by Greg Ranstrom based on decades of coaching and working with teams, I teach teams seven specific practices they can use to achieve these outcomes.

Team coaching can be structured as a one-day or multi-day offsite or as a four or six month group exercise.  Offsites are conducted in person; the longer course uses a mix of in-person and telephonic/video meetings.
