“The higher you climb, the more your success depends on making other people successful.”

— Adam Grant, Trillion Dollar Coach: The Leadership Playbook of Silicon Valley’s Bill Campbell

I’ve been fortunate. I’ve worked with great coaches.

It’s made me happier, helped me clarify what matters to me, and contributed to my success.

It’s been a crucial part of my journey from attorney, to General Counsel, to CEO and Board member.

Now I’d like help others the way others have helped me.

Why Invest in Coaching?

Coaching is a creative, self-reflective, thought-provoking learning process. During coaching, you can focus intensely on your personal and professional development and explore ways to be more effective, as seen through your eyes and the eyes of those around you.

For individuals, coaching involves examining what you do, why you do it, where and when it’s working for you, and where and when it’s not. It’s a sometimes wonderful, sometimes difficult, always interesting journey during which you will develop new skills and insights to help you move forward as a person and a leader.

For teams, coaching is focused on creating trust, clarity, performance, and accountability by explicitly highlighting the best of how the team comes together, honestly exploring the tensions confronting them, and agreeing and delivering on concrete actions.
